Submission Guidelines

Poems can be in any form or genre within the following guidelines:

No pretentious or obscure poetry.

No overly personal poetry; the poem must have meaning to others.

Previously published poems ok.  No simultaneous submissions.

Please submit your poems via email. No attachments. All poems must be within the body of an email. Submit up to 3 poems per quarter. You will be notified of acceptance within 3 weeks.

Additional Information On Guidelines:

The following will not be published: Poems based on personal resentments. Complaints about your sex life. Gratuitous profanity.  Poems about your cat. Poems about the bird your cat ate. Poems about cat food. Vicious attacks on named individuals. Writings that are not poetry, e.g. journal entries, commentaries, advertising jingles.

Misspellings and bad grammar must be intentional. Do not pepper your poems with foreign words or academic jargon.

Rights revert to poet upon publication.
